My name is Luigi Chicco, I’m a lawyer who has gained good experience in the area of civil and company law.

Born in Italy in 1978, I have been living in Spain for a while where I work as a lawyer in collaboration with an important staff of lawyers and business experts-accountants.

Our office is in Barcelona, Avenida Diagonal 437. I am registered at the Barcelona Bar Association with card number 30248 and at the Reggio Emilia Bar Association as well.

Due to years of peculiar experience in legal and commercial matters on the Italy-Spain axis, I can offer special attention to cases where either the direct application of the law in one of these two countries is required or also for relevant aspects depending on the authorities or the bodies of one of them. Through my participation to several specialization courses both in civil and community matter I can now offer specific knowledge to approach the presented issues with professional reliability. In 2005 I have obtained the Diploma in Community Law and International Affairs Practical Course (ICAB) extremely important to get deep into some important aspects of this broad matter. In particular I do believe I can be the right person to follow successfully any matter to be carried out in Spain for Italian private citizen or companies that have some type of interest here or are interested in starting an activity in Spain.

Experience and work method will always grant serious relations with our clients but easy and direct at the same time, based on maximum honesty and clearness. After receiving the assignment and before starting the consultancy or legal aid activities an estimate will be made based on current forensic rates. Everything will be done always in full respect for deontological rules and good faith.
